CART Welcomes Public Participation

Customer suggestions are always welcome. As CART strives to be the best public transportation system it can be, customer feedback is an important factor in changes and upgrades in CART service.

In the event of a fare increase or service reduction, CART will hold public hearings. Notices will be posted no less than 30 days from the hearing on all CART vehicles as well as in local newspapers.

MetroLift's Van Advisory Committee meets monthly. Notification is posted in each MetroLift vehicle prior to all meetings.
