OU students, faculty, and staff ride all Norman routes for free. For free fare, students must have a validation sticker. Stickers are available in the CART and OneCard offices.

Free Bus Pass Program

Free Community Development Block Grant bus passes are available to low- and moderate-income passengers for all Norman CART routes.

Riders must complete an application to qualify for these passes. Once approved, passengers should re-apply each June. Applications are available in the CART office. Passes will be issued until all funds of the program are expended. This program is funded by the city of Norman.
