CART to debut West Norman Link route November 23

Get "linked" on Monday, November 23 as CART introduces its first new Norman city route in 16 years, the West Norman Link! The first day of the route will begin in style as those who ride the route will get a free t-shirt in addition to all CART services being free all day. The West Norman Link will provide access to northwest Norman.
